Ingredients

  1. 10-12mangoes
  2. 12-14raw mangoes
  3. 1/2 kgjaggery
  4. 1/4 kgsugar
  5. 2 tspmango jelly powder

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the mangoes, cut roughly and start boiling with water.

    Boil nycly,cool it and mash it,then grind it in smooth paste

  3. 3

    Cook smooth paste for 15 minutes and take sugar in a pan with half water then sugar.

    Make one string chasni and mix it in cooked mango paste and add jelly powder. Transfer in a bowl and bake it for 30 to 50 minutes.

    Completely baked then cool it and put in the freezer for 1 hr. Mango jam is ready to serve with bread or paratha.
