Ingredients

  • 1brocolli
  • 2chicken thigh
  • 3-5 clovesgarlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken meat with 1 tbsp, 1 tsp corn starch, 0.5 tbsp sesame oil, mix salt & pepper

  2. 2

    Prepare sauce: 1 tsp corn starch and 2 tbsp water, mix

  3. 3

    Dice garlic and shallots (optional)

  4. 4

    Fry garlic, add in chicken and set aside after cooked

  5. 5

    Stir fry brocolli, add oyster sauce, 1/4 cup chicken stock, simmer 3mins.

  6. 6

    Add cooked chicken back in, thickener mixture and adjust starch if needed. Season to taste.
