1 teaspooncayenne oepper

A fewspoons oil
A fewtable spoons honey

Place the pork pieces on a roasting tray, season with all pepper ingredients above, sprinkle salt and a little oil
2

Roast in the oven at 180 degrees for one hour as you keep checking midway and turn

Final 10 mins glaze with honey and roast again for 5 minutes.
