Piyaz ko peel kar ky achi tarha wash krlain.& cut in slices.

Karhai main oil garam krain.sliced piyaz add krdain.medium flame py fry hony dain.thori thori time sy stir krty rahain so that piyaz kachi paki na rahy aur evenly golden fry hojye.

Piyaz gulabi phir golden colour ki hony lagy gi.jab full golden hojye tu flame off krky karhai sy nikal lain.

Oil sy nikal kar piyaz kisi khuly bartan py spread krain tky khilli khilli rahy aur crisp bhi ho..karhai sy nikalty time oil achi tarha drain kar ky nikalain.

Baad main ziplock ya airtight jar main save krlain.fridge main bhi rakh skty hain,freeze bhi krskty hain.paste bhi bana ky rakh sakty hain.aur taza taza tu forrun kha skty hain.enjoy krain cookpad ky sath.
