BBQ Butter Garlic Clam

Ingredients

  1. 200 gClam
  2. 2 piecesgarlic
  3. 20 gButter
  4. 20 mlWhite wine

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Leave the clam in salt water(15g salt/500ml water) for at least 1 hour

  2. 2

    Put everything in foil container then seal it up before putting it in oven (under 200 °C for 10 mins)

  3. 3

    Take it out from oven. Voilà ❤️
