Apple Carrot Loaf
No mixer - from bowl to oven to tea time plate.
Steps

Preheat oven to 180’C.

Grease loaf/bread pan with cooking spray.

Combine all the dry ingredients and mix well.
- 4
Combine all the wet ingredients in a separate bowl and mix well.
- 5
Mix the wet mixture into the dry ingredients.
- 6
Add the carrots and apples, fold in.
- 7
Scoop batter into the pan and bake for 45 minutes.
- 8
Bake until top is golden, centre is set and inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Allow loaf to cool for 15 minutes before cool completely on a cooling rack.
