Chop all veggies.

Take kadai put oil, mustard seeds, onion and saute till golden brown add other veggies and cover for some time and let it become soft.

Add roasted suji in it and mix well.

Pour boiled water in it as per your requirement and mix well.

Upma ready to serve.
