Add oil to the cooker, add onions saute till it changes its colour, add ginger garlic paste keep on mixing add chopped tomato and chopped green bell pepper, now add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder mix well..add the mutton mince and close the cooker..whistle till 3 and let the kheema be cooked up completely. once it's cool open and make the mixture dry add coriander leaves and chopped raw onions mix well..stuffing is ready!

Take maida, add salt, baking powder, active yeast, sugar mix well..add egg mix it. Now in a cup add milk and water. Knead this dough while dropping this milk into the dough make a soft dough..cover it and keep aside for 2 hours. After 2 hours, dust some maida on the surface, drop the dough and knead well..cut into proper portion. Fill the mixture in between and make into a flower shape (as shown in the picture)

Brush with some egg on rose and drop sesame seeds on it and keep it in a tray, now keep this tray in a preheated oven for 20 mins on 180 degree. Serve with green chutney and ketchup!
