Mix all the ingredients to the dough and knead it for 5-10 minutes. Let rise for an hour. (Half the amount of yeast if rising in the fridge).

Put all the ingredients to the sauce in a sauce pan and simmer for as long as possible, at least 20 minutes. Let cool down.

Divide the dough into two pieces and strech them out to two rounds. Put on oven trays and spread tomato sauce on them. Sprinkle cheese and put your favourite toppings on them.

Cook in the oven on the highest setting until the cheese is golden. Enjoy!
