It's somehow healthy compared to chapati and the likes. I mean less fat.

Take a cup add sugar, yeast and wrm milk let it settle for 5 minutes.

In a bowl mix you flour and salt, make a dip at the center. Add yeast mixture. Knead your dough. Let rise for 30 minutes

Decide into small dough and let rise again for 30 minutes.

Roll the ball and cook on a pan both side. Brush some melted butter after removing from the pan. Serve with stew of your choice.
