Rava Paratha(Sanjechi poli)
My grandmothers recipe

Take a non stick pan and keep on medium flame. Add ghee and roast rava nicely. Take it out in a plate and keep aside.

Keep the same pan on low heat add 1tbs ghee, jaggery and add water, let jaggery melt in the water add cardamom powder and let it boil. Add rava in the syrup without creating any lumps.cover the pan let rava cook well for 5 minutes and switch off the flame. Let it cool and then knead well.

For dough mix all ingredients and make soft dough and keep aside for 10 minutes. Now take small dough and add rava ball and roll into thick paratha. Now keep a pan on medium flame and roast paratha from both the sides by adding ghee.

Suju paratha is ready to serve hot with ghee on top of it. Its very easy to cook for any festival.
