Ingredients

6to7 servings
  • 250 gmButter
  • 250 gmSugar Powder
  • 5-6Eggs
  • 1/2 TSPVanilla Essence
  • 250 gmMaida
  • 1& ½ Baking Powder
  • 1& ½ TSP Fruit Preserve
  • Coconut Oil (As Needed)

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all, take a bowl. Add Butter, Sugar Powder and mix them well

  2. 2

    Then add Eggs, mix it again

  3. 3

    Now add Vanilla Essence, mix it by adding Maida

  4. 4

    After this, add Baking Powder

  5. 5

    Next, add Fruit Preserves. Then mix it

  6. 6

    Take a mold, apply coconut oil at this mold.

  7. 7

    Keep a butter paper in this mold and paste the mixture in it.

  8. 8

    It's time for Oven Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180-200

  9. 9

    Your Yummy Fruit Cakes are ready to serve

  10. 10

    Preparation Time: 60 Minutes Serve: 4 People
