Steps
- 1
Take a bowl add flour, semolina, and knead a very hard dough and let it rest for at least 30 minutes
- 2
Meanwhile lets prepare up the aloo masala, in a bowl add potatoes, salt, green chillies, chaat masala, red chilli powder and mix and mash well
- 3
Once 30 minutes are over make small balls out of it and roll in thin puri shapes. Keep in mind throughout this procedure your dough, balls or the rolled puris must be covered with a moist muslin cloth otherwise they wont be perfect
- 4
Then heat oil in a pan and let it heat until it starts to smoke then add the puris and imediately lower the flame. Cook until crisp
- 5
Serve with aloo masala and pre prepares golgappa pani.
