Mix warm water with salt until dissolved. Soak the chicken breasts for at least 1 hour (this step will make the chicken breasts more tender).

Rinse the chicken breasts that have been soaked in salt water with plain water about 2 times.

Add minced garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, seasoning sauce, honey, and vegetable oil. Mix with the chicken breasts and use a fork to poke them all over. Marinate for at least 2 hours (overnight is even better).

Place the chicken breasts in a convection oven. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked.

Then increase the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for another 5-10 minutes until the color is nice and appetizing.
