Mix all dough ingredients on a mixing bowl,add water to make a somosa dough,rest it 20 mints.Mash the potato.

Heat a wok.add 1tbsp oil put gingergarlic crossed sauted 1 mints,then add cashewnut &raisin sauted.Then add boild pea &all spices mix well,cooked a mints.

Than add mashed potato cook on slow flame 2 mints.A dd corrienderleaves mix it well &off the gas.

Take a small ball size from dough roll it as a small roti,cut it two pieces,stuff the potato mixture,greased little water on the side fold it & makes the somosa shape.Deepfry the somosa.Somosa are ready.Serve with tomato sauce or chilli garlic sauce.
