For masala - Blend slightly coarse all dry ingredients

For dough - Add maida, gram flour, turmeric powder, hing, and salt. Mix well add oil and mix well. Make a dough just like a soft and stiff dough. Oil 1 tsp Grease and rest for 20 mins.

Method for bakarwadi - After 20 mins knead the dough and make a big size ball Grease with oil, roll uniformly slightly thin. Add some tamarind chutney, spread uniformly and add the masala powder and spread uniformly. Water on side and roll tightly and cut and press gently.

After that deep fry.

Bakarwadi is ready.
