Cooking Instructions

Prepare the ingredients as shown. Peel and cut the ripe mangoes and papaya into small pieces, then freeze until solid, about 3 hours.

Wash the green mango, peel, and cut into pieces (do not freeze). Set aside.

Blend all ingredients (green mango, ripe mango, papaya, yogurt, protein powder, and sliced ginger) until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. 😋

It's hard to find foods to enjoy when you can't eat a lot of dairy or in fact can't have dairy at all. I made this recipe to solve that problem. One of my favorite places to eat is Jamba Juice but most of there smoothies have some sort of dairy in them. It also can get a bit pricy.
