Aloo Tikki Chaat
My favourite since ages.
Steps

Peel off the skin and boil Potatoes. Take them on a plate and cut into pieces. Sprinkle spices- cumin powder, salt and turmeric powder. Mix everything. Then add the besan.

Make small balls or tikkis out of it. Drizzle oil in pan. Fry tikkis.

Now take tikkis on a plate. Put spoonful of curd. Add spoon of tamarind chutney on each tikki. Sprinkle sev. Ready!!
