Keep the milk in a pot for boiling at medium flame. Once it starts to boil add lemon juice.
After sometime the milk starts curdling. Once it's starts curdling and leaves water, strain it well. Pour cold water on paneer so that bitterness of lemon juice washes away. Use a cloth to squeeze excess water and leave it to dry for atleast 30 mins. - 2
Sugar syrup: Add 1 cup of sugar in pan. Add water and keep it in medium flame. Once the sugar starts to dissolve, add few fresh rose petals, cardamon powder and rose essence. Stir and allow it to boil for another 10-15 mins.

Mix well and knead well. Make small balls. Gently drop the balls inside the sugar syrup and close the pan through a lid.
After 10 mins, you will see that the jamoons have doubled in size. Transfer the paneer jamoons to a serving bowl.Rosy, Spongy and tasty Rose Paneer Jamoons are ready to taste !
