Strawberry Cheesecake Muffins Strawberry Cheesecake Muffins
These are more of a decadent muffin. They're filled with a yummy cheesecake center, making them seem pretty impressive, but they're actually pretty simple to make and they are so delicious! The initial 5 minutes baking at a higher temperature allows the muffin tops to rise up high, like a bakery muffin, but you could just cook them for a total of 23-24 minutes at 350F instead. Cinnamon Sugar Mini Pumpkin Muffins Cinnamon Sugar Mini Pumpkin Muffins
These are adorable and delicious. They remind me a bit of donut holes. Instead of coating them in the cinnamon sugar, you could fold in about 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips right before baking. You can also make these as regular sized muffins...bake those for 17-20 minutes at the same temperature. Recipe adapted from : Sallysbakingaddiction.com Christina -
Cranberries Lemon Wilton Muffins Cranberries Lemon Wilton Muffins
This is the first recipe of muffin that I ever made. I used to fail, the muffin didn't rise well, but I am pretty good with muffins lately, so I jumped into this recipe again and give it a try. The result was surprisingly different from the one that I made before. It was so moist, light and spongy while the previous one that I made was a bit dense with a strong flavor. I used the same recipe with different result, and this time I am satisfied. 😁😁😁 Recipe was got from Ruri's blog (Indonesian blogger) Yanny Widjanarko -

Banana Oat Muffins Banana Oat Muffins
These came about because I had some spotty bananas on my counter and just wanted to do something different with them than my normal banana bread recipe. Since my kids are crazy about muffins for breakfast, that's what I had on my mind. You can use just 1 1/2 total cup of either flours instead of mixing both of them with flaxseed like I do.
