Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 2 litermilk
  2. Halfcup sugar
  3. Halfcup almond paste
  4. Soaked rice one cup full night
  5. 1 tbselaichi powder
  6. Blender the rice
  7. Some almonds for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    First take milk in a pot and cook until milk is boile

  2. 2

    Then add sugar and elaichi powder and blend the rice and add in this milk

  3. 3

    And cook until milk is reduce to half then add almond paste and mix

  4. 4

    Then garnish the kheer with almond when kheer is cold yummy kheer is ready to serve
