For chutney blend all ingredients or use stone sill, i used stone sill as shown

Mix all ingredients of fillg

Make balls of filling and sat a side

Now make smooth dough with paratha dough ingredients and make balls then flate each ball and put fillg ball in it and close it as shown
- 5
Flate it and roll with rolling pin then heat the skllit and cook it with butter or ghee,i used 2 table spoon ghee for both sides when it turns golden serve hot with chutney
