Ingredients

40 min:
4-5.
  • 1 packetsquare roll Pati(15-16)
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 1Pau dal moong
  • to tasteSalt
  • Pinchchaat masalah
  • For sauce. (chutney)
  • 1/2 cuptamarind(imli) pulp
  • 1 tbspcoriander leaves
  • 1/2 tbspmint leaves. (podina)
  • 1 tsplevel whole cumin. (zeera)
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1/2 tspred chilli flakes. (kuti Lal mirch)
  • Pinchsalt
  • I medium green chilli

Steps

40 min:
  1. 1

    Wash and soak lentil for half an hour. Boil, add salt. Mix with hand beater make smooth.

  2. 2

    Put all the ingredients of chutney in blender(jug) and blend.

  3. 3

    Serve seperatly dal and chutney. Sprinkle chaat masalah, when dish out daal. Fry pakwan as much you like and serve.

    Ye sindhi recepie Hai. Indian as well as hyderabad sindh. Is ke pakwan maida ka atta gondh kar puri ki tarha bail kar round shape Mein banti hain.ye short cut method Hai,roll Pati se banana.
