Steps

Combine all above Maida, yeast, sugar, salt, Egg, powder milk, baking powder and oil and knead it all with warm milk.

Grease ur figure tips with oil while kneading, when properly knead done then leave for 1 hour to rise in air tight jar.. After one hour it's rise knead again and make balls and shape them !!

#ForChickenFilling: heat oil put onion fry light then pour chicken cuts in cubes shape or crush...when chicken aroma comes and turn to white then put salt, soya sauce, cabbage,garam masala, zeera all together and fry...after 10 mins it's done

#makingShape:
Make two balls of equal size, Spread both dough like chappattie, put chicken filling & cheese.. Just like making aloo paraatta..then with folk mark on them, pour some milk with brush, now put in Oven at 120°C for 20 to 25 mins...after 10 mins take out apply Gheee or butter and sesame and again bake for 10 to 5 mins !!!
