My mom is Venezuelan, and we often prepare dishes typical of her country at home. One of our favorite recipes is for cornstarch and condensed milk cookies, perfect for a delicious snack!
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, mix the egg yolk, softened butter, condensed milk, and sugar well.

Then add the cornstarch and knead by hand until you get a smooth dough.

Form the dough into walnut-sized balls, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and press them slightly with a fork.
- 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 320°F (160°C) for 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
