I am trying all different cookie recipes, I had some sweetened condensed milk that needed to be used up. These cookies aren’t bad but they aren’t the greatest, a classic chocolate chip recipe is better but if you rate out of eggs & white sugar this recipe is for you

Ingredients

2 cupAP flour
1 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspbaking soda
2 tspcorn starch
1/4 tspsat
1/2 cupunsalted butter
1/2 clight brown sugar
2/3 csweetened condensed milk
2 tspvanilla extract
1 cupchocolate chips, a couple extra for rolling

Line a baking tray with parchment paper or spray with baking spray. Set aside.
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cornflour, and salt. Set aside.

Brown your butter. Melt it over medium heat until it starts to bubble and get a light brown, mix occasionally.

Whisk together the butter and sugar until combined. Add the condensed milk and vanilla, and mix until combined.

Add the dry ingredients, and mix until just combined.

Add chocolate chips and fold in. Preheat your oven to 350, while your oven is preheating place cookie dough in fridge (for up to 30 min).

Roll the dough into 1.5oz balls, add extra chocolate chips if desired and place onto the prepared baking tray. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes.
Allow to cool on the baking tray for 5 - 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
