Soak imli for 4-5 hours. Deseed it extracting it's pulp.

Heat a wok add oil and fry peanuts. Keep aside. Now add mustard and sauf. Then add potatoes.

Fry well. Add imli pulp. Followed by jaggery sugar and salt. Add peanuts at last.cook for 5 minutes. Maintain consistency as per your choice of adding water. Ready to serve.
