Beef samosa for whole ramzan(frozen)

Add oil in a wok add some chopped onion and saute

Now add mince and add salt allow them to release it's water and cook on low flame until water evaporate

When water is dry add spices and cook on high flame

Then add chopped onion and chillies and cook for 5 minute on high flame

Add veniger and cook for a while and turn off the heat

Allow stuffing to cooldown on room tamperature

Take samosa wrapers and make samosas

Put samosas in feeezer for over night then pack it and freezed for every day use
