Paneer makhani

In a pan add oil, tomatoes chopped cook for 8-10 min till it becomes soft & mushy

In another pan add oil, diced onions and paneer cubes and cook on slow flame till it turn golden brown

When tomatoes cook next add all dry spices and diced onions, paneer & mix well

Next add 1 cup fresh cream and milk and mix well close lid and cook for 5-10 min on slow flame
- 5
Garnish with coriander & Serve hot with Naan/roti.
