Ingredients

  • Onion2
  • 2Potatoes
  • tbspCoriander powder tow
  • 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  • Turmeric powder half tsp
  • 2 tbspCumin
  • Garam masala half tbs
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspChilli flakes
  • 4Green chillies
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 1/2 cupBaisan
  • 1/2 tbsBaking soda

Steps

  1. 1

    First take a bowl and add baisan and water and make a smooth paste not hard then add onion and potatoes

  2. 2

    Then add all spices and mix well

  3. 3

    Then heat the oil and make pakora and cooked pakora on medium high flame

  4. 4

    Then pakoray is ready to serve with tea
