Ingredients

  1. A. mixed
  2. 250butter (softened, still cool to touch)
  3. 1/2 Cdark brown sugar
  4. 1/2 Cwhite sugar
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1 tspvanilla extract
  7. 1egg
  8. B. Extras
  9. 1/2 Cpeanut butter chip/chocolate chip
  10. 1/2almond flakes (baked - optional)
  11. C. combined
  12. 2 Cflour
  13. 2 tbspmilk powder
  14. 1 tspbaking soda
  15. 1 tspbaking powder
  16. 1/2 Crice flour
  17. 1/2 Ccorn flour

Cooking Instructions

    Using a wooden spatula, mix A until just combined.

    Mix in B (chips & almond flakes - bake almond flakes until lightly brown if using. Almond flakes is optional).

    Next, combine ingredients in C. Add C to A in batches until soft dough is formed. Spoon dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake at 160 C for 13-14mins or until cookies are lightly browned. Remove and leave cookies to cool before transferring them to a cooling rack. Store in an airtight container/glass jar.
