Salt & sugar
Oil

Peel, cut & wash the yam. Place in a pot, add in both sugar & salt moderately. Cook until soft. Drain & set aside
2

Place a fry pan on heat, add in oil. Break eggs in a bowl, add in salt set aside. when oil is hot dip yam slice in egg & fry. Enjoy with sauce or seasoned yaji
