In the 1/2cup of warm water add the dried yeast with the sugar. Let it bloom for 5-10mn

In a bowl whisk together flour and salt

Once the yeast bloomed add the milk and vegetable oil to it.

Add the flour to the mixture and mix until combine. The dough shouldn't be very sticky just slightly.

Transfer the dough in a greased bowl cover and let it rise.

Divide into 4 balls and roll it into oval shape (approx 25cm long for 12cm large)

Heat up iron skillet and cook your naan when you see bubble it's time to flip em

This is a basic naan recipe, please add garlic butter, coriander etc at your taste
