For batter: In a mixing bowl add besan, salt, pachforan, haldi, red chilli powder, soda and water and prepare pouring consistency batter.

Meanwhile heat oil in wolk and when oil is hot enough dip a piece of raw banana in the batter and transfer to the oil. Flip the sides. Fry till it's golden and crisp.

Sprinkle some chaat masala and serve immediately with ketchup or imli chutney.
