Ingredients

4 servings

10-12Kokam
4 cupscoconut milk
2 tspsugar
2garlic flakes
1finely chopped green chilli
leavesFinely chopped coriander
1 tspcummin
1 tspsalt

Steps

Soak the kokum in 1 cup of water for an hour
2

Then in grinder... Grind kokum, green chilli, cummin, garlic flakes, sugar, salt to a very fine paste
3

Mix the above mixture to coconut milk (strain the coconut milk)
4

Chill it in the fridge.. and serve it after having lunch or dinner.
