Ingredients

2 peoples
  • 250 grampanner
  • 1big capsicum
  • 1big onion
  • half cupCurd
  • 1 tbspBesan
  • 1/2 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 2 tbspCornflour
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric
  • 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspChat masala
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • leavesFresh Coriander
  • Stickfor panner tikka
  • Oil for frying
  • to tasteSalt

    Marination
    Add the cubed capsicum and onions. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Then add paneer cubes and gently coat them with the marinade.
    Cover and rest this in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours. Overnight marination may break the paneer.

  3. 3

    Begin to thread the chunks of capsicum, onion and paneer alternately on the skewer.

  4. 4

    If making in oven, you can use large bamboo skewers. If making on tawa, you can use small ones. You will be able to thread these on 3 large or 4 small skewers.
