Cream the sugar and margarine together

Add vanilla essence and mix well until combined

Fold in sifted flour with baking powder and baking soda

Stir until all the ingredients are combined and the mixture is smooth

Pour into a prepared tin and smooth the surfaces

Baking temp 180 ℃

Baking time 45 min or until a toothpick inserted at the center comes out clean.
