Cut onion in thin slices and golden them in oil, then add chicken and mix in onion for a minute then add ginger garlic and all spices pour a little bit of water.

After 5 minutes of cooking add tomatoes slices, potatoes pieces and add 2 cups of water cook another 15 minutes until it gets slightly thick gravy. Garnish with green coriander and chillies and serve with nan.
