1 packbeef viennas
I pack hotdog buns
1onion
Tomato and chilli sauce
to tasteSalt and pepper

For the onion caramelize in oil, salt and pepper till golden.

Grill the viennas till a bit charred. I use a double sided grill pan.

To assemble slice the buns to create a hole not through. Apply margarine then the Vienna. Top with the onions then cheese while on the grill to melt the cheese. Finally the sauce and enjoy
