Ingredients

  • 1 cupwhite chane
  • 1 cupyogurt
  • 2onion
  • 2tomatoes
  • 2green chillies
  • 3 tbspgreen chutney
  • 4 tbspimli ki chutney
  • Papri
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspRed crushed chilli
  • Phulkiyan
  • 1/2 cupbasin
  • 1/2 tspzeera
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 pinchMeetha soda

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients of "phulkiyan" and make it a paste. Heat oil and fry phulkiyan and soak in water for 10 min

    Put the boiled chane, phulkiyan and dahi in a bowl

    Add the veggies and chutney

    Paapri, salt and chilli add karen
