Ingredients

  • 150 gsoftened Butter
  • 120 gBrown sugar
  • 110 gCaster sugar
  • 1egg
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 300 gSelf raising flour
  • Pinchsalt
  • 200 gchocolate chips/ chunks

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 200°C

  2. 2

    Cream your butter and sugars together

  3. 3

    Beat your egg with vanilla extract and add into your sugars

  4. 4

    Sift in your flower

  5. 5

    Add choc chips and mix well

  6. 6

    Roll into ball and put on a lined tray

  7. 7

    Into the oven for 7-10 minutes
