Take I Cup maida add some Salt and knead the dough with cold water and keep aside till 15 mins In refrigerator.

Grease the idli cooker in between.

For filling use cabbage grated, grated carrot, chopped onions, some garlic and ginger grated, black pepper, salt, some butter... Now mix together and keep aside for 5 mins.

Now remove little water from mixture but don't squeeze.. OK..

Making dumplings : make one chapati like Poori.. Put some mixture on it and make dumplings as you like then put all dumplings in idli cooker for 15mins.

Now cool the all dumplings. And put kadhai for frying.. You have to fry for medium flame.

Now momos are ready for serve.. 😀
