Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gramsMushroom
  2. 6 podsfinely chopped garlic
  3. 5Spring onions (white part)
  4. 1/2 spoonSalt
  5. 1 spoonPepper
  6. as neededOil
  7. as neededSpring onion (green part) finely chopped
  8. For coating mushroom
  9. 3 spoonsCorn flour
  10. 1 spoonMaida
  11. 1/2 spoonSalt
  12. 1/2 spoonPepper
  13. as neededWater but very little

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop mushrooms into bite size pieces and add 3 spoons corn flour, 1 spoon maida

    Add 1/2 spoon each of salt and pepper and gently mix the mushrooms. Add very little water if needed to coat the flour.

    Mix the coating well and fry the mushrooms to golden brown and set aside

    Take another pan and add oil and toss the finely chopped garlic to golden brown. Then add white part of spring onions and fry till transculent

    Add the fried mushrooms and saute for 30 seconds and then add 1/2 spoon salt and grounded pepper and toss again

    Finally add green part of spring onions give a toss and serve hot as starter.

My only criticism is that it does not state the size of spoon but I guessed and although I had too much cornflour mix they were lovely
