Wash and Soak the white rice and peanuts for about 5 hours (separately).After 5hours blend the rice with water and half of the ginger and cloves with enough water to make a thin paste,then sieve and set aside to settle. Blend the peanut with the remaining ginger and cloves with water to get the peanut milk,strain the milk with a sieve and put the shaft back in the blender with some water and blend to get all the milk out,sieve and set aside.

Meanwhile,Wash your wheat grains and add to a pressure cooker with enough water to just cover the grains,cook till soft and set aside. Then add your peanut milk to a pot and add just enough water to the quantity of your pudding and put on the heat(keeping an eye so it does not boil over and make a mess).

By now your rice paste has settled,carefully strain the water on top. Pour your rice paste in a large bowl enough to contain your pudding then add some water to it to make a thin but not too runny batter,then when your peanut milk is starting to get hot add in the cooked wheat grains stirring often. When it comes to a boil allow to boil for about 2to3mins stirring so it does not boil over then pour the peanut milk mixture over the rice paste and stir to avoid lumps.

If it is too thick you can add more water to your desired consistency. Then add in the lemon juice and sugar to your taste. Enjoy!
