Steps

Marinate the fishes with lemon juice,turmeric powder and salt,then kept aside for 1 hour.

Mix gram flour,onion paste,garlic paste,ginger paste,baking soda,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,onion seeds and salt.Add water with it.

Heat oil in a frying pan.Coat the marinated fishes with the batter and deep fry in the pan.

Fry the both sides until it turns golden brown in colour on both sides.

Take it out and serve hot with any types of sauce or dip.
