Steps

Cooked Paste of 1 tomato/ 1 onion/ 5 cloves of garlic and 1 inch piece of ginger cooked in 3 tablespoons of oil.

In a pan.. heat the masala paste and add dry masalas in it..salt/ chilli powder as per your pallet.

2 tablespoons coriander powder/ 1 tsp kasuri methi and mix well. Cook till oil separates.

Then add the tomatoes and capsicum. Mix and add the paneer pieces too. Toss gently to coat all the masalas into the veggies and the paneer.

Now add the milk to give a richness to the dish. Mix and give a boil. Switch off gas. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
