Season pork with salt and pepper. Add to the Cooking pot. Combine 1 cup barbecue sauce, stock, onion and garlic in large bowl, stir to blend. Poor barbecue mixture over ribs. Secure lid. Press meet/poetry, set pressure too high and time to 40 minutes. Make sure steam release dial is in seal/close position. Press start/stop.

Once cooking is complete, natural release pressure 10 minutes. Release remaining pressure. Remove ribs to large bowl. Skim fat from top of cooking liquid. Press brown/sauté. Cook liquid and add optional barbecue sauce, uncovered, on high 5 to 7 minutes or until thickened. Serve sauce with ribs.
