Egg sauce with boiled yam
Steps

Fry chopped onions in oil, then add the tomato puree and dry pepper

Stir fry and add salt
- 3
Whisk eggs, add salt to taste and 2 tbsp of water to egg and whisk
- 4
Pour whisked eggs into the simmering tomato sauce and stir continuously and leave for few minutes to fry. Serve with boiled yam/plantains/potatoes
