Steps

Heat ghee in a pan. As ghee heats add besan keep stirring it. Continuously on low flame for 15 mins or till colour changes.

As colour changes to dark add milk.(don't add complete milk in one step add them little 2 step) stir it continuously. Don't leave it.as milk absorbs add powderded sugar. Mix them all together for 1 min turn off the gas.

Grease a plate with 2 tsp ghee add the burfi mixture into it.spread it evenly with a spoon.as it cool down cut in pieces.
