Steps

Boil fresh milk.add green cardamom.after boiling let milk simmer at low heat.

Add sugar in milk & dissolve.

Crush siwaiyan a little & add in milk.stir gently to properly dip in milk.let it cook in milk at low-medium flame till siwayian get soft & blend in milk well.

When milk & siwayian are blend well.turn off flame.garnish with slivers of almonds & pistachio.

Serve hot or cold. I like it both ways.you can enjoy in sahoor or iftar as well.
